WHO ARE WE AT PETS HOME ALONE?
Conceptualised and founded by Andrew Woodifield, Pets Home Alone is about alleviating the real worries pet owners face when they leave home for any extended period of time. Inspired by his love of his cats, Andrew wanted a simple, safe and effective way to make sure anyone would be able to not only help you, but your loved companion at home by scanning a QR code.
Pets Home Alone is dedicated to providing pet owners with an easy, reliable, and cost-effective QR code subscription service that ensures your pets are looked after by your trusted nominee during emergencies. We want to offer pet owners around the world with unwavering peace of mind through transparency, ease of use, and a whole-hearted pet-centred priority.
Unlike traditional pet care services, our solution ensures that pets are cared for by someone they know and trust, providing unmatched security.
Kali’s Paw Print was inspired by my love for two little kittens.
In 1999, my partner and I saw an ad in the local paper advertising kittens to give away to a good home. What started as a look at one, quickly became “we have to take both”. It was instant love.
We named them Kali and Penny.
After Penny died at five years old, Kali became the focus in our family. She loved playing fetch with her ball of foil and would often bring it to us for play time. Kali was such an affectionate cat who loved to be around her humans, but was very wary of strangers.
Kali died in 2015 at the ripe old age of 16, and left us with shattered hearts and many wonderful memories. Kali now resides in an urn in our house and will always be a big part of our lives.
The love a pet provides cannot be measured, and it is for this reason we would like to give back to pets in need through donating a percentage of profits to organisations that are dedicated to protecting and providing care for pets.
These donations will be made under the name “Kali’s Paw Print” - in memory of a beautiful girl that was small in stature, but big on love.

The Pets Home Alone service is a subscription service that assists in providing the safety of your pet should something happen to you.
For a small yearly fee you are given a QR code that can be scanned by anyone, and will give them your pet’s next of kin. This will allow them to make sure your pet is cared for by your nominated person, so you can rest easy.
Once you sign up, we will send you a small pack that includes a membership card with a unique QR code to be kept with your ID - and rest assured that if something unexpected happens your pet will be loved and cared for.

• You can change the next of kin details as many times as you like.
• The yearly QR code subscription covers all of the pets in your home that you nominate.
• The fee is small, but the price of the alternative could be big.
• For less than a dinner out, we have your pet’s safety covered.
Your custom QR code holds no personal information. It only has your pet’s basic information (name, age) and how to notify the pet’s nominated next of kin.
